These terms govern your use of the Ipseity, Academy of the Self website and any programs delivered through it. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, frameworks, curriculum, marks, and design — is the property of the Academy and its founders, except where credited otherwise. You may share short excerpts with attribution. Reproduction of curriculum, frameworks, or program materials without written permission is prohibited.

Programs and payment

Tuition, scope, and terms of each program are set per offering and confirmed in writing at enrollment. Payments are processed through a third-party processor. Refund terms are stated in your enrollment agreement.

Confidentiality

Cohort, community, and client engagements are conducted under mutual confidentiality. What is shared inside the room stays in the room.

No professional advice

Material on this site and within programs is for educational and developmental purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Engage qualified professionals for those matters.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
