— Mission

To reintroduce the Self as a tool of discovery and the operating system of identity.

— Origin

The expansion of personal branding includes intrapersonal and interpersonal.

We came up inside personal branding — a decade of building reputations for founders, executives, and institutions who needed the world to see them clearly. The craft worked. Then the brief began to turn inward.

Clients stopped asking, "How do I become visible?" They started asking, "What am I actually building, and is it mine?" Visibility was no longer the problem. Vision was.

Ipseity is the answer we wrote for that question. An academy for the layer beneath the brand — the self that decides what the brand is for. The brand remains the instrument. The self is now the author. We call the discipline integral visibility.
